Dúo Pulmari in Tyrol

The SIMUC is proud to present the Dúo Pulmari in Tyrol, Austria. Dante Pinto and Jubitza Guzmán will perform and premiere pieces by Chilean composers, some of which were specially written for them. We are glad to have a piece of one of the first Chilean female composers, Carmela Mackenna on the program. Through a SIMUC|Call for scores, the piece Dúo para piano y viola (2018) by young composer Ignacio Escobar (1994) was selected and added to the repertoire.
